Angola – Passport and Visa required
 

Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

• VISIT/BUSINESS
  
  Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed (MUST BE TYPED). The application forms must have original signature.

• Two passport type photographs

• Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent

• Letter of invitation from a citizen/resident or host company in Angola. The invitation may be original/fax (NOTE: If the sponsor in Angola is a religious organization, you will need an official letter of invitation from the Angolan Ministry of Culture)

• Business Letter from U.S. Company

• Service Order Form

 OFFICIAL or DIPLOMATIC PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY

• Submit your U.S. Official or Diplomatic Passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity)
• Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed (MUST BE TYPED). The application forms must have original signature.
• 1 Passport-type photograph, print name on reverse
• Letter from sending Government department or agency, confirming the purpose of travel and dates of the intended visit.
• Service Order Form

Note: No tourist visa is being issued

Consular Fee:        $141.00/visa 

                                    Gratis (for Official or Diplomatic passport)
