Kyrgyzstan – Passport and Visa required
 

Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

 TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One Visa Application Form completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature and must be typed written.

• One Passport Type Photograph

• For visas other than single-entry, double-entry or for stay more than one month visa support is required from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (contact your partner in Kyrgyzstan).

• Service Order Form

• Note: An airport visa can be obtained on arrival for a tourist stay up to 30 days (USD60.00).

 BUSINESS

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One Visa Application Form completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature and must be typed written.

• One Passport Type Photograph

• Official Invitation:
  • For those traveling to Kyrgyzstan with private, business or other purposes visa support is required from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for those visiting their friends or relatives from the Ministry of Interior) of the Kyrgyz Republic (contact your partner/host in Kyrgyzstan).
  • For those visiting Kyrgyzstan on invitation from Kyrgyz state organizations or with official government business for the period of up to one month it is necessary to submit a cover letter from his/her department/company head or letter of invitation from contact organization in Kyrgyzstan.  

    The letter must state all of the following:

    • The purpose of the trip, stating the dates of arrival and departure
    • Confirmation of contact organization or department for meeting, Kyrgyz or other within Kyrgyzstan, as well as the address and telephone number.
    • For visas other than single-entry, double-entry or more than one month visa support is required from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (contact your partner in Kyrgyzstan).

TRANSIT

• Visa to the country of destination

• Photocopy of airline ticket or itinerary

• Service Order Form

Service Fee:           $50.00/person/visa (3 weeks processing)      

                                    $70.00/person/visa (3 to 4 Business Day Processing)

Consular Fee:

Single entry visa (1 month) - $110.00/person

Double entry visa (1 month) - $120.00/person

Single entry visa (3 months) - $120.00/person

Multiple entry visa for 3 months - $140.00/person

Multiple entry visa for 6 months - $180.00/person

Multiple entry visa for 1 year and more year - $240.00/person

$85.00/person - Single entry - Processing time: - 10 days

$95.00/person - Double entry - Processing time: - 10 days

Applicants under the age of 16 years and over 60 years are subject to Consular fees of $35.00 for all types on visas..

 

For RUSH (3 business days) processing, the consular fee is DOUBLED.
