Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

 TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature.

• Two Passport Type Photographs

• Letter of invitation from the inviting person in Mozambique (faxable)

• Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket

• Service Order Form

 BUSINESS

$40.00/visa  - Double entry - 2 weeks processing

$80.00/visa - Double entry - 2 to 3 days processing

$90.00/visa - Double entry - same day/next day processing

 

$40.00/visa - Multiple entry - 2 weeks processing

$80.00/visa  - Multiple entry - 2 to 3 days processing

$90.00/visa  - Multiple entry - Same day/next business day processing
