Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

 TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• Three Visa Application Forms completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature.

• Three Passport Type Photographs

• Two copies of computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket (If arriving by land, need bank letter showing a minimum $500.00 savings account)

• World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccinations against Yellow Fever

• Service Order Form

 BUSINESS

• Business Letter from U.S. company

• World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccinations against Yellow Fever

Consular Fee:        $100.00/visa (Regular Processing - at least 2 weeks)

                                  $140.00/visa (Rush Processing - 2 business days)
