Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

 TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One passport type photograph

• One Visa application form MUST be completed on-line. Please Note: Send printed form together with evidence of payment to

• Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket

• Letter of invitation from sponsor in Nigeria

• If applicant’s sponsor is Nigerian citizen, provide copy of the personal data page of the sponsor’s Nigerian passport, OR, if sponsor is U.S. citizen, please provide copy of the sponsor’s residence permit and copy of his/her passport (personal data page)

• Service Order Form

• Receipt of payment (e-payment receipt from Google Check Out)

NOTE: If you do not have a letter of invitation, please provide a hotel reservation.

 BUSINESS
