Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

 TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One Visa Application Form completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature.

• National ID of the sponsor in Pakistan

• Letter of Invitation from sponsor in Pakistan

• Two Passport Type Photographs

• Computer generated flight itinerary from the travel agent or copy of roundtrip airline ticket

• Service Order Form

 BUSINESS

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One Visa Application Form completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature.

• One completed Specimen Form

• Two Passport type photographs

• An invitation from the host organization in Pakistan is required

• Business Letter from U.S. company 

• Service Order Form

NOTE: The Embassy of Pakistan advises that the Visa for employees/associates of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO); humanitarian; missionary organizations, may be delayed several weeks. An invitation from the host organization in Pakistan should also be provided.

Service Fee:           $50.00/person/visa (allow at least 4 to  8 weeks processing)

Consular Fee:       $124.00/visa - Tourist (Single or Multiple Entries) - allow at least 4 to  8 weeks processing (approval is required)
                                    $185.00/visa - Business (Single or Multiple Entries) - allow at least 4 to  8 weeks processing (approval is required)
