Turkmenistan – Passport and Visa required
 

Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

 TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application forms must have original signature.

• Two Passport Type Photographs (glue the photo on the visa application form - do NOT staple)

• Invitation from person or company to be visited in Turkmenistan, certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ashgabat. If the applicant is traveling as a tourist and will not be meeting anyone in Turkmenistan they must contact the Ministry of Tourism (tel: 99312-35-47-77 fax: 99312-39-67-40) which will assist in planning the visit and will provide the letter, certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

                       $41.00/person -  Single Entry - Up to 20 Days Stay

                       $51.00/person -  Single Entry - Up to One Month

                       $30.00/person -  Single Entry - For each additional month

                       $71.00/person -  Multiple Entries - Up to One Month

                       $40.00/person -  Multiple Entries - For each additional month

NOTE: The Embassy charges a RUSH fee of 50% of the consular fee for expedited processing in 72 hours
