Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

 TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One Visa Application Form completed (must be completed on-line) and signed.  The application form must have original signature. 

• One passport type photograph

• Copy of airline flight itinerary

• Service Order Form

 BUSINESS

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One Visa Application Form completed (must be completed on-line) and signed.  The application form must have original signature. 

• One Passport type photograph

• Letter of invitation from company registered with Foreign Ministry in Uzbekistan. All applications are subject to approval by the Foreign Ministry in Uzbekistan. Visa applications may be submitted prior to the receipt of the approval from the Foreign Ministry. Submitting an application without pre-approval may, however, delay the processing of the visa application. TRANSIT

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One Visa Application Form completed (must be completed on-line) and signed.  The application form must have original signature.

• Travel Itinerary

• Copy of the valid visa of the main destination country

                                   $131.00/visa-Validity is determined by visa officer (Regular Process)
                                   $197.00/visa- Validity is determined by visa officer (Rush Processing) 

                                   $25.00/visa - transit (valid for 3 days only)

Non-USA Citizens
$ 40.00/visa - Up to one week stay
$ 50.00/visa - Up to 15 days stay
$ 60.00/visa - Up to one month stay
$ 80.00/visa - Up to three months stay
$150.00/visa - Multiple entries (up to six months)
$250.00/visa - Multiple entries (up to one year)

Note: (For U.S. applicants) - The visa validity is determined solely by the visa office at the time of issue. Visa validity ranges from single entry visa, valid for entry one month from the date of issue, to multiple entries visa valid for entry for up to 3 years. Period of stay is usually up to 30 days each visit.
