Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

 TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One Visa Application Form completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature.

• One Passport type photograph

• Service Order Form

 BUSINESS

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One Visa Application Form completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature.

• One Passport type photograph

• Business letter written on your company’s letterhead addressed to the Embassy of Vietnam. This letter should indicate the applicant’s name, position in the company, nature of business to be conducted in Vietnam, name and address of contact in Vietnam, length of stay and the number of entries requested.  It should also state that the company would be financially responsible for the applicant’s living expenses including roundtrip transportation, and should be signed by someone other than the applicant.

Single Entry

$ 70.00/person/visa - Single Entry 1 month stay. Issued 5-7 days

$ 80.00/person/visa - Single Entry 1 month stay. Issued 2-3 days

$ 90.00/person/visa - Single Entry 3 months stay. Issued 2-3 days

Multiple Entries

          $120.00/person/visa - Valid for one month

          $150.00/person/visa - Valid for three months

          $100.00/person/visa - Valid for six months (approval is required)*

          $140.00/person/visa - Valid for one year (approval is required)*

*Note: the six month and one year multiple entries visas requires approval from Vietnam Immigration Service before the application can be submitted. (Multi-entries visas are usually processed in three business days).
