Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

 TOURIST

• Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry; with at least one blank visa page)  – photocopy is not acceptable

• One Visa Application Form completed and signed. Application on thermal fax paper is not accepted. The application form must have original signature.

• Two Passport Type Colored Photographs

• Copy of round trip airline ticket or itinerary

• Health Certificate ( Medical Record or doctor's letter confirming the absence of any contagious diseases)

• If visiting friends or relatives in Yemen, a letter of invitation is required

• Service Order Form

 BUSINESS

$ 62.00/visa - Multiple Entries for 6 months

          Note: Additional consular fee of $30.00/visa if requesting for rush processing
