processing time for 10 days – 21 days processing options on aapassports.com, it is recommended to
begin the calculation on the business day following the date of document delivery. The day following the
submission of the documents to the Department of State or the embassy should be used to determine
the processing time for alternative processing alternatives. Consulates and/or the US Department of
State have the right to ask for more documentation, and they also have the right to refuse or delay
processing without providing a reason. VisaHQ.com shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or
other damages resulting from the denial or postponement of
Transport.
Unless directed otherwise, FedEx handles all of aapassports.com shipping requirements. As directed by a
client, aapassports.com employs standard envelopes and other standard packing supplies from FedEx or
another shipping firm. Documents can occasionally be misplaced or damaged in transit. Apassports.com
disclaims any liability for any harm or loss sustained while the product is being transported or is in the
client’s possession. Aapassports.com strongly advises its customers to utilize shipping companies that
offer real-time shipment tracking while they are in transit. Aapassports.com disclaims any liability for
shipping firms’ inaccuracies or failures to deliver packages on schedule, track, locate, and keep them
secure. Aapassports.com is unable to attest to any statements or assurances provided by shipping firms
Refund Policy: You can contact us via phone or email to cancel the Service. Refunds can only be issued
back to the original payment method. Having said that, aapassports.com is unable to handle refunds for
payments that are more than one month old.
